Does Allied Specialty Precision do more than machining?
Absolutely. Allied Specialty Precision offers a wide range of in-house manufacturing processes including: CNC machining; gear manufacturing; O.D., surface and blanchard grinding; wire EDM, EDM small hole drilling, honing; broaching; brazing; pressure, leak and load testing; passivation; deburring and assembly.
Can Allied Specialty Precision install very small diameter holes?
Yes. With our new Sodick high speed small hole drilling EDM machine, we can install holes as small as .008″ diameter up to 8″ deep in a wide variety of materials.
Does Allied Specialty Precision offer Multi-Tasking/Multi-Axis CNC machining?
Yes. We have invested in the latest, state-of-the-art precision machining technology to eliminate multiple operations and labor-intensive parts handling. Our advanced machine tools use multiple axes, live tools, automated loading and powerful CAD/CAM software to increase our efficiency and provide our customers with reliable deliveries at very competitive prices.
